Does its Tactician +4 stack if I play 2?
Can I use the Commander effect once per droid?
Lastly, if I use it to fire with a sniper droid, can I then intuition away? How does the CE interact with intuition?

Also, a related question. Does Tactician make the cap of a dice roll 20? ie I roll a 17, and now it is capped at a 20 and can be tied by a natural die roll of 20, or is it, I roll a 17 and now I have a 21?

Tactician doesn't stack with itself. as for multiple uses of it's CE (commander effect) I think normally you can use it once per T-series Droid, but "Once per round" seems to me like it could mean that you can't. I think that when it comes to Initiative you can use one and then the other. (either way)

Your initiative can go beyond 20. Keep in mind that Master Tactician and Tactics broker ignore the roll anyway, so 21 doesn't mean you automatically win initiative.

As was mentioned no it doesn't stack but yes you can go above 20 or below 1 in certain cases. Each T-Series gets to use its CE (Jake had a nasty Tile Wars squad that used 2 back in 2012). And if your BX Sniper (or any other character w/ heavy weapon) takes a shot prior to the 1st phase of a round it cannot intuition.

Thanks for all the clarifications guys. SO I can intuition, and then shoot, but cannot move after the shot?

Why? i had this come up at the Kokomo Regional. IT occurs this way because the "Pre Turn " turn is one turn on its own. SO due to heavy weapon they would be moving and attacking in that round. That is way they cannot make an attack and use intuition.

Oops. My bad for not coming back here until now. Like countryside said, its something along the lines of being a turn pre-round. That being said its an either or situation. Take the shot w/ the BX via the Tactical Droid CE or use his Intuition, not both. Sorry if my phrasing was misleading.

What about the "may move up to 2 squares then make 1 immediate attack" can the BX Commando Droid Sniper move those 2 squares then attack? Or does heavy weapon prevent that too? If so can he choose not to move but still get the free attack?

Okay, but he can still take the shot by choosing not to move 2 first. Thanks!
