What are the differences between "super" stealth and cloaked?

They work the same way when they are in use. The difference is in how you get around them.

Super Stealth is granted by a commander effect to people with Stealth, so it is easier to get around. Disruptive/Distraction/Advanced Battle Meditation all suppress commander effects. It's A Trap/Force Sense both remove Stealth from people, and without Stealth you can't benefit from Super Stealth.

None of those effects will get around Cloaked because it is a built-in ability. To get around Cloaked you need an ability that ignores cover for targeting. Or find them with no cover. Or just move adjacent to them, of course. (Those ways work to get around super-stealth, too.)

Yes. It ignores cover.

So for Moff Nyna.....commander effect.....Characters in your squad (including this character) get +10 Damage against enemies with Stealth. Characters in your squad with Stealth (including this character) and who have cover cannot be targeted by nonadjacent enemies. .....

My question is this...if my characters are Moff Nyna and other characters with Stealth and are all in cover...is my understanding that not even enemy characters with Accurate Shot or Sniper can target my characters without basing my guys...because its a commander effect?

What FlyingArrow said above is relevant - basing gets round Super Stealth, but there are a few other ways around it too.

Yes I agree with Flying Arrow, just having a brain bomb if her commander effect nullifies the sniper and accurate shot abilities. The way I'm reading it ...is that it would for the targeting aspect of the game. But since Ive never used her...I just wanted to clarify.

Yup, superstealth does nullify sniper and accurate shot, as long as the target has cover to start with and none of those other counters are in play.
