1) can you target someone with stealth that has cover if you have accurate shot?

2) can you target someone with "super stealth" that has cover with accurate shot?

3) can you target someone with cloaked with cover that has accurate shot?

1) yes

2) I don't think so; Accurate doesn't IGNORE Stealth (like It's a Trap would or whatever), it just gets around the fact that it doesn't NEED to be nearest. Super Stealth makes it irrelevant.

3) definitely not
