Can the Mando darth maul being used when using the new maul on speeders dismount ability? Options

I saw that the new maul was sith and mando. I also saw that the new maul on speeder has the dismount abilty saying replace with a darth maul.

Vehicle does not allow you to break faction rules, so the Darth Maul you pick when getting off the Swoop Bike must be allowed in the faction (so Seps.)

If you somehow got Maul on Speeder into Sith or Mandos then he would be a legal choice.
