From the Glossary: Quote:If this character has cover, nonadjacent enemies cannot target it and do not treat it as the nearest enemy when choosing targets. Thus, Accurate Shot cannot target this character if it has cover. A character with Sniper can target this character if the only intervening cover is provided by other character, which the Sniper ability ignores. So, I was under the impression that you could stick someone with cloaked in front of another character and your opponent couldn't target either. But it appears this isn't correct, I guess my question is does it work like Super Stealth when not with in 6 squares or is there something I'm missing?

It works like Superstealth but without the ability to be disrupted or the 6 square issues.
So in that situation, if the Cloaked character is in cover, he does not count as the nearest enemy and thus the next nearest enemy would be the closest and be a legal target.

I think you are thinking of putting a Diplomat in front of a Cloaked character. Then you can't target either.

but you could still target anyone behind those two in front (even with a non-accurate shooter) as by definition they don't count as the closest enemy so you would search for the person that actually counts as the closest and that character would be a legal target.
