Do these two stack?

I would say not, but the wording isn't exact so i can't say for sure. It is the same bonus though and usually straight bonus don't stack.

One big thing to note is that the sets of squares are separate, so you can't move diagonally into rough terrain/low objects.
In any case, combos like this can be pretty brutal when taken advantage of. I remember in an old Vassal Booster tournament giving my opponents fits with a combo of Leia, Senator and Clone Commander Gree.

i guess its the same as double death shots. It appears only stat points stack.
