Exar activates and does his thing. Opponant activates and kills Exar. Exar Dark Force Spirit comes on. The spirit is activated and can't activate until the next iniative? Is this right?

For some reason, I couldn't remember the answer and had to dig around for it.

A Spirit character brought in via Force Essence is essentially treated the same as a reserves character. It is unactivated when brought in, and defeating it scores victory points.
