You can look at how many squads have been built with each piece under Characters > Usage.
The first 53 pieces are WotC pieces, which isn't too surprising. They've been around the longest and there were more users before WotC discontinued the game. Top 10 Vset pieces:
1. Bastila Shan, Jedi Master at #54 (2139 squads as of this writing).
2. Atton "Jaq" Rand at #72 with 1759 squads.
3. Exar Kun, Dark Force Spirit at #100 with 1409 squads.
4. Darth Revan, Sith Lord at #101 with 1408 squads.
5. Yammosk War Coordinator at #113 with 1222 squads.
6. Spaarti Clone Trooper Demolitionist at #120 1163 squads
7. Darth Bandon at #127 with 1131 squads.
8. Klatooinian Captain at #129 with 1106 squads.
9. Salacious Crumb at #130 with 1087 squads.
10. Atris at #155 with 959 squads.

For me personally it has been:
BX Commando Droid Spotter
B2 Super Battle Droid
General Grievous HoH and Wheelbike
Poggle
Dooku
I mostly play seps so that may be it. But other pieces that see lots of play in my group is:
-Embo
-Bastilla
-Revan
-Yammosk
-Chazrachs and Vong in general
-Kelborn
-Mandalores (new ones)
-New Ani/Obi
-Cin Drillig
-Pong Krell
-Republic Commandos (frequently)
And finally the most used piece of all is one player who almost always plays Boba Fett Epic. We allow epics for use in casual 200 point games and someone always brings him to the point people fight over it haha. Vader's Apprentice and Mara Jade and Sideous epics also see lots of causal 200 play. Really hoping for another epic set!
