With Master Mind Meld, I know that Qui-Gon, force spirit can't borrow any force powers or force points, but the wording makes it possible for other force users to borrow Qui-Gon's stuff, such as Sense the Future. Is that possible or is there something stopping that from happening?

You wouldn't be able to take Sense the Future with Master Mind Meld as initiative does not occur during a character's turn.

Otherwise, yes, you could take a Force Spirit's powers with Master Mind Meld, as they are still considered living. However, there's currently no force spirit with a force power that can be melded save for Kol, and I don't see anyone bringing him into Republic via Affinity anytime soon.
