Is it possible to get another file that used to be on that website? I downloaded all of the files containing all of the cards at the time for each separate faction, but the file containing all of the republic cards got damaged or something and won't open. I have a bunch of republic figures that I need to print cards for, but the files for each faction were not added to dropbox, so I can't get these cards. I tried to check the one file that is titled SWMinis.rar, but I could not get it to open on my computer once downloaded. Was this document supposed to be all of the files? If so, how do I open it once I have it downloaded?

SWMinis.rar is the file for VASSAL I believe (you would need WinRAR or a similar program to open it).
Tomorrow I'll take a look at the Republic file and see if I can get the right file up. Kezzamachine is the one who makes those so he might be able to get it to you directly in the meantime if he sees this before I figure out what's up.
