there is are 2 hobby shops in the same chain that have a display for swm. both have an alliance and empire booster open in a display case. guess what the rares were in each booster? that's right storm commandoes. i asked if they'd sell them to me for $8 each, but they said they are only selling reg boosters.

You know, booster retail is a pretty good price for Storm Commandos. There really isn't a thing as "cheap" Storm Commandos unless you get lucky on Ebay.

I got two for around $20 worth of minis and I think I made out like a bandit. $8 is about half of what you can expect to pay. You might want to suck it up and just incrementally up your offer til they cave.

I was able to get 3 on ebay for around 9 dollars each. Dang that was a good day.
