The stts are acceptable for a mini of 7 points, it will be dificult to deside between AA, C-FPp and this character, the three characters have good reasons to use, greettings.

And why, pray tell, would I be using a Chadra Fan Pickpocket over an Aqualish Assassin? The pickpocket was irrelevant as soon as it came out in A&E.

But yes, I like the new Talz Warrior. Good compliment to the AA.

The Chadra-Fan can be at +12 attack with only one ally within 6, the best AA does on his own is +11. True the AA has better defense, but the Chadra-Fan has its purposes.

All three benefit nicely from the Talz Chieftain though. Good variety of abilities for 7 points especially if you are bringing any in as reserves.

And that +1 is worth the tradeoff for Stealth, 10 more HPs and Black Sun? Sorry if I don't sound convinced. I wasn't convinced back in the day of A&E, so that's not going to change now ;).

The Chadra-Fan has Stealth, too. :) I just like using that piece - makes me think of the movie with the little lush eagerly ordering drinks and I laugh. I don't use Black Sun pieces all that often either, so that doesn't do it for me with the AA. That's what's so good about the game and the pieces that can suit so many tastes and styles. I agree that the AA with the extra 10 HP is usually the better deal though.

LOL! I forgot about the Chadra-Fan having Stealth. That proves I haven't used one in ages (if ever).

For flavor purposes, I can agree with you. When I see that mini I think of the bar scene in A New Hope. Would be nice if the mini was on a round base, though. I like my minis to match :P.

The Three Charactrs have good advantages over the other two, but the last word always have the useful of the squad and the synergy of that, to use Xizor Is better the AA, to Use Ithorian Commander, is better C-FPp, and for the TW, we need to get the better chooice, greettings

Wow... I had never taken a serious look at the Talz Warrior as I rushed by him to check out the R/VRs, but now that I view this thread, I am rather impressed. Granted, using Double isn't always easy with a melee grunt, but when you can get him there, and if you have the right commanders in place, the Talz will surprise. There's a lot of good IC fodder coming out in this set that I'm looking forward to getting.

Yep, I really like the Talz Warrior. Pleasant surprise. There are plenty of good uses for the Talz Warrior.
