Well all those maps and more are located here at the Holocron- http://www.the-holocron.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=36&func=select&id=1Besides being able to download and print them from the Holocron most the maps you see from both sites you can play on in Vassal to try them out first.

That's Chris Preska's site. He was one of the early custom map makers for SWMs. Haven't seen him around in a while though. If you can track down the SW fan film "A Great Disturbance", it is a project that Chris worked on (and stars in, he's the SWM player that sort of goes crazy, IIRC). It's a pretty good fan film.

When I was cruising around map sites I saw it was listed on the Holocron links--sorry. I also found this site that does custom jobs for $7. Anyone tried this? edit: removed my link--swinefeld listed it below my post. Sorry for the long link
