I think you'd be fine on a public computer, as long as you follow DarthJoe8's advice. Besides, it's easy to dispute a fraudulent transaction through PayPal. When the person accessed my account and bought stuff, PayPal actually opened the dispute for me, before I even noticed it had taken place, lol.

For non Paypal users, try using a US Post Office money order - cool thing is the recipient can cash it and ship out the minis in one trip.

I have completed over 220 trades on WOTC, and MANY of them have been handled just this way.

Yep, Money Order is the next best thing after PayPal.
