I traded a fellow Fett fan an original Boba from RS for Darth Revan. Good deal, or did I rip him off?

Ya...the deal is in your favor, pretty much any way you cut it. If he wanted Boba, he could have gotten him relatively easily from R&I packs. Revan is, IMO, much harder to get.

He was fine with it, as he had no use for Revan and thought he was overpriced(point-wise and price), and he's happy. So...all's well that ends well.

Both my friend and I pulled him within 5 packs. And I guess I was even luckier. My Comic/Gaming store got in 1 pac for free and the owner gave it ot me for free as well and it contained Boba and a stormtrooper. It was a good day.

$$$ wise, one would say you ripped him off. As far as playability goes, I wouldn't run either of them. But if prices don't matter to either of you, you both just traded fav. characters, and both parties were happy, then it was a good deal.
