I know that Masters of the Force is the last set of the game and everyone want to get as much excitement out of it as possible. A lot of members here want to get the spoilers as quickly as possible, but there are others (myself included) who want to know as little as possible about the new set until they open their cases.

So please, those of you who start threads with new information about Masters of the Force, please don't put information about it in the title, and please include spoiler warnings.

No offense, but you are on an online message board. Nobody forced you to browse this forum. If you really don't want spoilers, don't check online sites until the release is close. Sure, spoiler warnings would be nice, but I don't think they are that necessary. An online following like this is bound to have spoilers. That's just the nature of people following their hobby like this.

I'm sorry, but I'm not all that sympathetic. Of the 3 big SWM sites, this is probably the least maintained when it comes to spoilers. There is no separate area for them (unlike Gamers).

Reader beware. You are just going to have to be careful around spoiler time. Restricting info online is like trying to stop a waterfall, especialy with this site's user base.

I don't think it's too much to ask people just to be a little conscious of the fact that some people don't want to see spoilers. If we could just ask people to maybe confine MotF info to one thread, then people could avoid that. We surely wouldn't want people spoiling movie plotlines to us if we haven't seen the film yet. It would just be a nice gesture if people indicated "SPOILERS" in the title or something.

By the time you get this sorted out all the spoilers will be out.

I agree with the original poster, it's not that hard to leave the names of the characters out of your thread title. He's not trying to restrict information at all, only asking for a bit of courtesy. Seems like a reasonable request.

Im with chuck also, i think it would actually be a good thing to do this users request. I say if anyone has any spoilers for the set then type on the name of the thread

"Beware, MOTF SPOILERS"

Figure it wouldnt hurt anyone by making threads titled like that, if anything it will make it good faith towards those who dont wanna know the spoilers. As he said this is the last set & it would be in good faith to all come together & get along seeing as its the last set so that the community just last that much longer ya know...

Spoiler have never spoiled anything for me. I will be just as excited to see them early as I would on release day.

i mean IMO, i think spoilers are the best when they are leaked at the right time. Basically if you get a spoiler for a set way way before the set release, then it seems to die down the hype for the set if your waiting so long for the release. Now if they are released to late right before the set release IMO its over whelming to where you dont know what more to be hype about, this or that figure.

But i see this users point of if & when the spoilers come that the thread should be titled that it does contain spoilers so that we dont ruin it for those who dont wanna know & just happen to browse onto one. We're all like a big disfunction family on here lol, & if anything if even its 1 user that is asking a request, then we should respect his choice & help him out.

So i say we do title if its a spoiler thread, that, that thread is what it contains so we can help those who dont wanna know out.
