I looked at the BDT but didn't see "Allot X amount of time before placing someone on the list." So far, I have a trade that is a week past due with the receiver not notifying me that it was received nor the package sent. Also, any pms have apparently been ignored by the person while he has updated his trade thread.
I don't like posting this on a forum but this is only the second bad trade I have had. And first here.

I don't like posting this on a forum but this is only the second bad trade I have had. And first here. hmmm..on the WOTC forum it was fail to simul send with in 72 hrs = 90 day warning; and 3 weeks for domestic and 9 weeks for overseas...thats how i go by

Ours is the same as WOTC...
You get a 90 day warning for:
"- Slow Shipping (more than 3 weeks for Domestic or 6 weeks for International)"
The way the guy ends up on the Bad Trader list is if you never get the minis.
The 72 hour rule mentioned above is for simulsends. Specifically if you agree to simulsend on a Monday and the guy holds out until Friday.
