Which of course means, the name MUST contain the exact words specified. "Counts as..." would be just so you can't play some other Han along with him. Looks like it's straight-up affinity, or bust...

It still won't change the fact that his name still won't contain Han Solo for Jaina's Affinity (see Coruscant Guards and Anakin, Sith Apprentice).
