I haven't been playing the game very lon, so I haven't seen all the characters and what they can do. This site is great for looking at skill and force powers to see who has what but Commander effects it don't.
My question is with out trying to look thru every charter for the factions is what faction have switchers?
Republic Captain Panaka
Rebel K-3PO
Imperial Thrawn (Mitth'raw'nuruodo) and Grand Admiral Thrawn
Separatists ?
Mandalorians ?
Old Republic ?
New Republic ?
Sith ? (Exar Kun, kinda has a switch power for him self and ally he wacks to do so)
Vong ?
Fring I haven't looked at all of them but i bet they dont have one.

Moved, as this is not a rules question.
And the only one you are missing is Sidious for Sith, who has a swap CE.

Sith also has Darth Sidious, Sith Master in addition to Exar Kun's Transfer Essence, which has its uses (such as if he were transferring to a spot where a Kel Dor was. If the Kel Dor is defeated, he self-destructs). EDIT: Argh, Sithborg beat me to it!
