He's got Imperial, Rebel, and Republic with no Affinity at 300 pts; I'm pretty sure this is just casual.
I can't make a good comparison, because pretty much anything goes at 300. At that level, people can make some pretty broken squads, so I can at least say that this squad falls behind at that level.
