I run a game club at school and one of the students came up with a new format. Any 2 characters (faction rules still apply), no point restriction. The no point restriction really made it interesting. I suggested GMLS and Leia to one student. They ended up playing a 6 man brawl (typical highschoolers)-each with 2 characters on cloud city. Oddly enough it came down to an isp speeder against Vader JH. Vader won with Force grip. Has anyone ever tried the no point restriction version of dd? What would you use?

We play using the DD rules, but allowing any combo up to 100pts. (basically removing the "has to be exactly 100pts" clause)
You can play this way and just up the points to include some of the bigger hitters.

We've been playing a lot of Fearsome Foursome games where you get 4 minis that add up to no more than 200 (faction rules apply)

Fearsome Foursome is pretty awesome. I also like triple threats!

Fearsome Fours are alot of fun! You can get some nasty combos in there, funny thing is that I haven't played one since last year! I cant imagine what its like now! :O

Charge.
