I'm fully aware of me being no the BTL. Long story short my luck in the past 9 months has been terrible. I'm at the point where I'm selling all of my possessions to make ends meet.

I'm in a bind so you make me an offer on what you think is fair, and if you could keep in mind that I'm need as much as possible to take care of me and my son. I've received several offers thus far. Time is kind of a concern.

Pretty sure I replied to everybody. Got a few offers for the whole lot, and thats what I'm going for, however if it doesn't work out, I will be getting back to you guys on prices for what you're looking for. Thanks again.
