Nasty looking blade. A successful hit on a living character should deal extra damage

swinefeld wrote:Nasty looking blade. A successful hit on a living character should deal extra damage For 7 points, I'm betting he has rather bland stats. He'll have a hard time measuring up to the Aqualish Assassin. If he has only 10 HPs, that will definitely work against the Talz Warrior.

U know the stats ? Do a search on Bloomilk and you will find a thread compiled full of Dark Times info. All the costs have been spoiled. EDIT: That Dark Times compiled thread is even on the front page. The picture for the Talz is already in the thread too. So this thread is rather redundant.

His CE is for all non-unique fringe followers. "CE: Non-Unique Fringe followers get +4 Attack and +10 Damage against non-Unique characters."

Not necessarily. Consider a swap squad with Jabba CL (either Republic or Imperial). I think the Talz is superior in those squads. The Talz Warrior is also a good compliment to the Han in STA rush squads. The Talz goes first and the Aqualish Assassins clean up. They can also gain GMA thanks to Rieekan/TBSV or Wedge/TBSV.

Depends on the build. They are a bigger threat with the Ithorian Commander or Whorm (7 points for double/twin, yes please). Jabba also synergizes quite well with them. Super cheap piece to build around GMA combos. The AA is still the better all around option, but you can build around these guys fairly easily.

I'm honestly surprised at how good the stats are for the Talz Warrior. The piece can really fill a role in a number of squads.
