who would it be and what would the new cost be?
mine would be the basilisk war droid marked down from 51 to 43 points. not broken, but nearing playable.

Mira to 35. Seriously. That isn't to low for a piece with 80 HP, no defensive powers, and only does 40 damage IF she hits both attacks.
She takes all the bad elements of Cade BH + Boba BH, and somehow is worse.

I would bring up Reikan to around 40, I think he is way to undercosted for what he brings to the table. Everybody runs rebel Cannon squads for a reason, One of them is the low cost of Reikan

General Grievous, Scourge of the Jedi - bring down from 63 to 50-55. I think he'd be used a little more if he wasn't more expensive than GGDAC.
Super Battle Droid- bring down from 10 points to 7-9 points. Might not make it more playable, but definantly more fairly costed.
IG-88 Bounty Hunter- Bring down from 44 to 30-35 only because his low HP makes him not very usable otherwise. And if you combine him with GGDAC to make him harder to hit, that's 101 points used up. (speaking of which, GGDAC and IG-88 Assassin Droid may make for an awesome Dynamic Duo. Dibs!!))
So yeah, those are at least three out of a bunch of minis I would re-cost.

Luke Skywalker, Jedi Master - He should be in the range of 57-66 points considering other Jedi who have more tricks cost anywhere from 55-66 points.

Although he gives out Evade to Commanders, Rieekan can barely fight at all himself. Wedge, on the other hand, is an almost purpose-built fodder sniper. Well, most of my initial choices were already taken, so I'll choose The Jedi Exile. Although she's one of my favourite pieces, for the same cost Malak DLotS is noticeably better, so I'd drop the Exile down to 44 points. Or just replace Double with Twin. That'd even them up.
