Was just wondering what the strangest things people have used their Minis for. Did you use a Rancor for a doorstop? Have you ever used a mini's lightsaber for a toothpick? Stuff like that.

Let's see... The "dice cart" rebel troop carrier has all sorts of uses, even storing nik naks and coins. Also a General Grievous Jedi Hunter mini as a reason to hangout with a girl, who I now date and she plays SWM too.

I set up meticulously arranged scenes under my flatscreen in the living room. One day I'll have the Reek, Nexu and Acklay battling it out. The next day I'll have the best of the best bounty hunters arranged in tough guy formations. I also like to put the Solo family together. I once had Boba MC riding on a desert skiff looking all ROTJ with a Nikto soldier up front..., I think I love my minis as much for collecting as I do for playing the game.

Nothing so far, but I do want to modify a Knobby White Spider into a Christmas decoration of some sort. Maybe hang it upside down for mistletoe.

Oh yeah, I once let a friend use my troop cart as an ashtray on my outside porch because I had nothing else and didn't want to hand him a bowl or one of my dishes. Way I figured..., come on, it's just a friggin' troop cart. Only the dissapointment of every TFU pack I open.
Actually, my disgustingly poor luck is the reason I started trading and buying. I've pulled more revolting horror stories than I care to remember. It's actually why I just bought GGDAC after no one would trade one to me. I have an embarassing amount of troop carts. I just give 'em away anymore. What's really funny is at one point no one would take one off me for free.
Ps. Don't have that problem now. I have all but 2 of the 10 I pulled.

Strangest thing I ever did with a mini was give it to my cat as a play toy, it was a nexu too. For some reason, he was drawn to that thing..... .....come to think of it they kinda look alike........

yeah, and mount a Harley motorcycle seat on the back of him with chopper bars. Now that I've said it, I think I want to get a hold of one of those Golems and do that to it. Take the Mando off a Basilisk and drop him on top the Golem.

I've done a coupl'a talks at my church and to youth groups in schools where I've whipped out the ol' Darth Vader mini... I did walk up to the front of the church to the Imperial March when I did it too... *hehe*
Oh, and if anyone has an abundance of Troop Carts or Tie Crawlers that they just plain don't want... lemme know!

Well, if that ever happens, have the lil bugger Override the window for you. Because as AotC showed us, R2 was pretty useless.
