New Republic, hands down. They suit my play style, have (almost) all of my favourite characters, and I even like the colour.

I love the Imperials for one reason - Darth Vader. He's my favorite character in the classic trilogy and my fav mini too! Vader can do so much in this game. From boosting stormtroopers to giving an extra attack - Vader rocks! With the different versions of Darth Vader you can build so many different squads. Not only is he a formidable foe, but his underlings sport some great CE's and abilities too! To me Darth Vader IS Star Wars.

mandos all the way. I am a huge fan of them with followers having twin, accurate, charging fire,momentum, and the scouts. Now if there were some way to get them an extra attack or greater mobile.... hmmmm

Imperials. Thrawn, Storm Commandos, lots of Vader beats to choose from, it's all good. They're a major faction, but they don't get all the "WotC blessing" quite as much as Rebel/Republic (which is extra incentive to play them!).

This is an old post that I drudged up from at least a year ago. I didn't even write it so I don't know how to edit it. The original author "awesome" said that the survey function only allowed eight choices and so he left the mandos out. Not the best of choices I think, but you know..., crap. I just thought it would be great to resurrect this topic since it is pretty awesome.

So I guess I'll vote Fringe then. That's where Boba Fett is. My favorite character.
