I have to say that this one has really got me stumped. The special abilities in particular are proving difficult to pin down (making me suspect at least one new one). Also, the 7 is a bit odd - any special abilities I might have missed with a 7 in it? I was assuming the 7 was in the cost, but 17, 27, 37 and 47 have all been guessed so far (unlikely that it's 7 for a unique imperial commander, but not impossible). Based upon the last confirmation, I assume the lower case z is in the name or flavor text - so the name looks like a good place to start. No idea who it could be though So in light of getting nowhere with my above rambling thoughts, here's my next effort at working out the commander effect. It's sloppy wording, but here goes for now: Inquisitor Tremayne Imperial 23 HIT POINTS 40 DEFENSE 16 ATTACK +6 DAMAGE 10 Special Abilities Unique Commander Effect During your turn, allies can combine fire if already activated. "This bothan transmission is hard!" 20/45

The 7 could be for some kind of Reserves, Ozzel's Imperial Reserves trigger off of a 6, I don't know if there is ever a case of a faction getting a different basic reserves, I can't think of any. If there were more 7s I'd say it was Vader Agent of Evil's Trooper reserves.
Its possible he is a Droid and 7 is part of the name. Are there any notable unique RA-7 Protocol Droids?
