My opinion is it depends on what you mean by "Most Poweful" I have read just about all Star wars novel dealing with Sith characters and I think Power also means ablity to triumph. Bane was definately most powerful not inly because of his phisical and Force strength but because of his cunning and patience. The only reason he did not destroy the jedi was because he was not at the correct time. Also read the Darth Bane Trilogy then youll reallyy understand why I think this. Also I said the Exile was up there because of how good I got the character in the game and you can choose whether to be jedi or sith. Sidious was not the most powerful sith but cunning and lucky and had the right timing but he was kind of crazy and was not like other sith and broke some sith rules( such as killing his master in assasniatiaon instead of 1 on 1 combat) Darth Vader was , to quote Obi wan "more machine than man" and so could not harness all of his power.

I agree with most of this except the fact that the Exile was not a sith and also you really can't judge a character's power in terms of combat/level in a video game.

As far as most powerfull as far as playablity goes its Ulic and Malak DLOTS. Ulic's D is crazy and the fact that you can bring in mandos for your shooters boosts the sith incredibly. Malak gives followers +4 to attack with no range witch is crazy! All followers +4 to attack and he's got some nice stats himself but he's nowhere near the tank ulic is.
