i don't think id ever really give someone a 1 unless it was an aweful squad that made no sense and had a bad name.

I must say, the day i went to check the squads just to find squads only from one particular lame user who used his 10 smurf accounts to give all his squads 10s, i was very tempted to rate them all with a big fat 1! Especially when 9/10 of the squads were totally crap.
