But if you were threatened with something that could get you thrown in Federal prison by a Law Enforcement Officer who has the ability to make that happen (if we take his statement at face value). That is a serious threat. If I did this when I was in Law Enforcement even just in jest I would lose my job. That is how things worked in the Dallas/ Ft Worth area when it came to law enforcement. I also know that not one Officer I worked with, knowing how servere a felony crime is, would threaten someone like that over a gaming forum. so it comes down to good ole plain everyday common sense.
EDIT:
And the worse part about that threat he made towards Sithborg. Stihborg is not the one who would be in trouble it is Shinja who would suffer if he made good on that threat. Shinja owns the site and is responsible for its content not Sithborg.

Don't worry MDB fans. I'm pretty sure his long lost sister will have an account tomorrow (after lurking for 4 years) and she will tell us all about how it wasn't MDB's fault at all, but really that of a secret society, formed for nothing more than to undermine his credibility, all part of their grand plans to take over the world!

Hey Best, how do have negative 20 something posts? You must be saying alot of stuff you should be banned for, but are having mods edit out for you. How do I get one of those cool decoder rings?

And it is not degrading for a Police Officer of NY call himself a cop, they know what they are when they sign up for the Job. This isn't Texas where Law Enforcement has to be called 'Sheriffs and Deputies".
And as far as some threat I heard about, it would be really cool if that message was posted publicly, this way we know what really going on, instead of everyone being so vague and coy.

No one is being vague or coy. I also posted an offensive PM I got from MdB in that thread. These things happened and have been made public; just because you haven't seen them and don't want to look for them doesn't discredit them.

I'm guessing because every time I post those forums get deleted and I have been suspended before so don't think the mods cut me a break, my guess is that since I haven't threatened anyone with physical violence and cussed them out and I dont make a new user-name every time i get in trouble just get suspended. and by the way genius not all law enforcement in Texas are called sheriffs and deputies but I'm sure you know that and since you just signed up two days ago and these are your first two posts I'm gunna go ahead and say that you are mandalor and you darth kaotic account was suspended already. that must be a record for you...and the PM was made public and you know that
