I think clear plastic red cups are the cheapest. Throw a party, dig a cup out of the trash, wash it out, and cut it up. :)

Mandalore is made from these parts:
~ Legs are from a Gotal Mercenary ~ torso and arms are from a Heroclix Mach-1 figure ~ head, also from Mach-1, but I cut off the face plate and made the back of the head and head tentacles out of green stuff. ~ jet pack, modified from Mach-1's ~ sword came from a GenoHaradin Assassin ~ the spear is a big pin I found at work. lol. with plasticard cut and glued to it to make blades ~ cape is green stuff ~ shoulder armor is green stuff

haha, first thing I thought were Alien Chest Bursters when I saw that SBD. but yeah those old Cartoons were great. They always seemed a good inspiration for the Force Unleashed game to me.
Very well done on that Mace custom!!

I like the clone wars cartoon as well, the Jedis in it are marvelous, 1 vs 100 battle droid/Super battle droid, I really wish the EPIC figure can do the same. Here is my Yoda.

That is truly an EPIC yoda! Was that made from scratch? The pose is uber-cool, reminds me of the JA booster cover with Yoda on it. That sculpt should've been with the Grand Master stats, not the old wrinkly sculpt which makes Yoda look already half dead lol.
