Guri has been a long time coming and I hope we get a nice playable piece. (I betting so, based on how much I've liked the last 2 V-sets)
I playtested her with some other v-set 8 pieces that naturally fit into the squad over the weekend and was quite impressed. Even though I am on the design team, when you don't create the stats for a character, sometimes you have to play it to realize it's potential. However, like everything else I am sure there will be folks that don't like it.

Hearing you say that you were impressed with her give me great hope for how she will turn out.

I think it's fine. It's pretty comparable to the Clone Trooper with Repeating Blaster (which is way more fragile, but can access GMA easily) or the Old Republic Trooper (can pick up GMA and/or damage boosts in any sensible OR build). Once this guy makes his attacks, he's kind of left hanging.
Mandos have lost a bit of damage output with the Czerka Shield Tech around, so I think they need a hitter or two. The Scouts can get up to double/twin easily, with GMA and Cloaked.

Seems like a good piece: I wish kolto pack wasn't restricted to commandoes though. Will be interesting to see if you can run the original non-unique ones with these. Also wasn't kolto only used in the Old Republic? As a side note I hope we see yayax squad this set. It's been 3 years!

Is it because it would help out GOWK? Also why does he only give Kolto Pack and not have it himself?

Yay! Unique Commandos. Kolto Pack is more of an OR power and wasn't used in RC, but still cool.

Sorry guys, I was putting in the Factions were I'm guessing them to be. Not confirmed were they should be, mostly educated guesses. I wasn't sure were to place Republic or Rebels and YV but I took a wild shot.

To play devil's advocate, Kolto Pack 10 is possibly a generic name in case it pops up again. If it was on an OR piece, like the OR healer for the TOR soldier, and it was called "Bacta Pack 10." Would people point out that piece was pre-Bacta? Also, it is odd that he gives it but doesn't have it. *scratches head*.
