That's sad - it was generating interest (at least for me) in WotC boards. Now I really don't need to go there at all. Kind of sad..... Kind of.

That's a great example of why nobody likes the Wizo boards. They don't nurture excitement for a new set, they simply kill it (or try to do so on their site). I'm not overly surprised. Sometimes I get the impression they think set stats are equivalent to classified secret service files. Methinks they need to stop taking themselves SO seriously.

Force 2 renewal 1 lightsaber deflect repulse 2 Thank you for sharing. Disappointing is how I would describe Hett. The HPs are pitifully low for that cost. He should have at least 90, if not 100. I'm feeling a very mediocre vibe from Hett (just like the new K'Kruhk). Also, does Hett have a CE?

Evading Banthas!!!
There are a lot of combos you can make with him. Top tier, unlikely, but fun.

However, I can't imagine using him outside of "themed" games.

I can see the arguement when you compare Hett to Kir Kanos. Hett does miss out on a lot of the great Republic CE's. But combine his CE with those of other CE's, and Tuskens get pretty fun. Momentum? Extra & Greater Mobile? Death Strike? And his starting starts are decent.
And the more I look at K'kruhk, the better he looks. Thinking of him at +12 Atk and 30 Dam helpst.

Hett's CE is although iffy, its Force Repulse ability along with the renewal can potentially open doors for a good swap (panaka) bomb squads (and the pt cost is pretty fair at best for the force ability). Even with the 80hp, at least it has some survivability (lightsaber deflect). Hett has gears, while for K'Kruhk, is also good for the cost and beatstick... it reminds me of Kol somehow

A'Sharad Hett looks fairly good in the same way that Captain Argus made Senate Commandows great. Fairly capable charcter in combat though obiviously not a full melee house, and strong commander effect for a subfaction as granting evade is a rather major thing. Not looked at Tuxans, but I would say that probably summed him up at that era. Aside from beefing his stats, thats what he was. A leader of that subfaction.
K'kruhk looks alright, I don't really mind him. He's not my cup of tea, I prefer the guy with dispationate killer. He would be good in new republic, but in Republic he's just simply alright.
Kir looks freaking insane. Possible 21 attack for 30 damage a hit with Thawn and dispells super stealth, for his cost, thats pretty good. A cheaper beatstick then vader that can still preform effectively. I would like him.

I just saw that Watchman figure, and I nearly cried with joy. Is that the final sculpt? If so, balls to the rest of the set, my RPG character has just been made by Wizards.

21. Kir Kanos Vr Cost 34 HP 110 DEF 21 ATK 13 DMG 20 SA: Unique Melee Attack Twin Attack Emperor's Bodyguard Loner FP: Force Points 2 Force Sense
I find it kind of sad that the one chase piece for me so far is for a faction that I don't even play

Force Repulse is nice, but why not use Roron Corobb instead? Corobb's Force Repulse at least has the chance to activate opposing characters. How many Force Repulses do you figure to pull off with Hett? I can't honestly imagine more than 2 or 3 in a game. If that's the sole reason you are running Hett, your squad has some issues. Heck, Roron even qualifies for JA Qui-Gon's CE. Can't say that for Hett. Not sure K'Kruhk measures up to Kol all that well. Kol has better base stats for his cost, plus he has far more going for him (Push, Block, Precision, MotF 2, Duelist). Plus Kol has access to Wedge. Not much of a comparison in my mind.
