The torgorian looks like a lot of fun!! Love me some grenades thirty and grenade launcher.

Also I am really hopeful for Arfan Ramos, if Satele is any indicator of what we can be expecting for future Jedi then all melee might just be Competetive again. 😊

Black Sun allies get +4 to save rolls against abilities whose names contain Grenades or Missiles.

Well when you put it that way...


Have to play a Nautolan BSV to do that, so this guy (24), 23pt Nautolan, 20pt Tarpals, and a Xizor. 97 pts minimum before Grans, and then Force Sense wrecks the whole scheme.

You'd be better off using an actual Black Sun piece.

Force Sense is a good counter. But I don't think you need Xizor at all. Nautolan Black Sun Vigo is enough to get the Grenades started

Xizor isn't necessary to get the Grenades. And, Force Sense will ruin your day.

It's obviously not going to wreck the meta, it's just another annoying swarm option... Don't quote me on this, but I doubt it will even see much play.

there's only 18 pieces out of 1298 that have Force Sense,and just a third of them have renewal.

ps, loosing at SWM doesn't ruin my day

I don't see the grenade swarms being too terrible, since they still need legal targets to hit. If the opponent is running Stealth of some variety, or using mobile attack, the thugs will be hard pressed to get to grenade slinging range.

Cards will be available at Gencon if everything goes as planned. The printer will pretty much determine the release of the set. If I would assume, based off past experience, first part of August would be the earliest.
