I think Nadd is alright, he's got a pretty cool selection of abilitys that are normally restricted to the points heavy figures. Dark spirit is a cool ability generally and Sith Sorrciery is a great ability since it does impact attacks. His base stats are soild for a figure of his points range (Though, they are more or less a copy of grand master yoda, minus one attack point) and while the commander he has is done better on Malek, and is kind of out of charcter to work on only none force users. I feel he could easily have been much worse.
I will probably try him when if I get him, I have enough fringe figures to use with him, and bringing in Mandos could be decent, though too expensive for my liking. Would prefer to use Bounty Hunters for more value for my points. I can just imagine the terror of activating roughly half those in range of his ability. Since it does not replace attacks, would that not mean he could move 12 spaces, then use it? If so, he could be pretty deadly.
Lando is bad to me though, stats wise he's nothing exceptional over Dashing and he has a commander effect I personally don't like. If he was just over Codys price, I could understand, but nearly 40 points is too high a price tag for a figure that is not that great a stepup from Dashing at 18. I personally don't like him. But that could be a tint of biest there.
All in all, looks a cool enough set thus far.

I am actually starting to like nadd. You just have to look at him as more of a fighter than a commander. As others have stated Sith Sorcery is an awesome ability and Dark Force Spirit can really have a huge effect in some games. His HP and DEF are great, especially for a sith character, and his attack isn't too horrible. Once you start looking at him as a fighter, you wonder why he has such a good CE .

Nadd, to me, is just a cheaper, more playable version of Exar Kun. I'm very impressed by him at 55 points.

Let's hope Nadd's CE is an april fool's joke :) Otherwise, I think Dash could be Nadd's best friend (Sith Sorcery/Opportunist combo).

Ahh yes, Hondo. That might be an option worth pursuing with Nadd.

That's what I was thinking, along with Lando DS and TBSVs etc. Still, I would be more inclined to blow off Dark Force Spirit and go with Malak DlotS, Naga Sadow (who is well worth the extra 9 points), the shooters and then as much cheap fodder as I could cram in.

Illusion and MotF 2 are a big deal. Like you said, well worth the extra 9 points. Plus there is more damage potential to be had with Naga (especially against living).

Has anyone pointed out that an 18 point piece here has 90 hp? Is there a cheaper costed piece that has that much life? I mean you could have 10 of these things and you'd only have 180 pts used! Throw in the Ithorian Commander with 18 NG'OK's and DANG! I don't think I've seen this many hp (granted only a 14 defense) in all my days! OH how about this!
Han in storm trooper- 25 Ithorian Commander- 11 Lando Rebel Leader- 34 NG'OK- - 18 (x7) Uggie Demo- -3
199 points.
NG'OK attacking with +17 for 20, double, plus all that stun stuff. These creatures are cool!

That's the trend among the Dejariks: high HP, low def.

Indeed. They remind me a lot of the Imperial Sentinel. The high HP looks good on paper, but they go down really, really fast. Fortunately, the Dejariks have access to Evade in the Rebels or NR, but they'll still be easy as pie to hit.

And lets be frank, the higher HP is a lot more important than defense at that level. And there is fun combos, as more HP mean more times you can Pawn them.

May I add, as a HUGE fan of Roan Fel, that for 18 points you just got a 90 hp bodyguard... so Let's say that Fel actually did cost 75 points, but he had 190 hp.....wouldst that not be legit as all get out? Heck even for 93 points that'd be a 280 point Roan Fel. This set is chaulk full of possibilities!
