Ok, so what happens if I have darth revan sith lord, mounted on Thon, and I want to swap him with someone at the end of Revan's turn? Does the piece I swap with mount thon, or does it go into an adjacent square?

" At the end of this character's turn, he may exchange positions with another ally of the same base size within 6 squares."

Seems to me that the swapped piece is mounted on Thon.

Yep, the other character swaps onto Thon - same as with Desert Skiff or Troop Cart
