It is not worded in a strong manner like lightsaber throw 5 is. That says it removes cover so it is obvious to me that stealth dissapears. Accurate shot is worded in such a way that it could be interpreted that stealth would supercede accurate shot.

Targeting rules say if you want to target an enemy with cover, it has to be the nearest enemy.
Stealth says that if this character has cover, it is NEVER the nearest enemy for an attacker more than six squares away (hence can generally NOT be targeted),
BUT
Accurate Shot is an exception to the targeting rules, allowing you to target an enemy with cover even if it is not the nearest. Since Accurate Shot removes the need for the enemy to be the nearest, Stealth has no effect.

When I was younger...I found this to be the most confusing rule of them all pretty much. Cover and legal targets but after having it explained step by step it's not hard to grasp.
