Sense the Future and Tactician Options

What happens when you use Sense the Future when your opponent has Tactician +X?
Let's say your opponent has Tactician +4. You roll 8 for initiative, they roll 10.

A) Tactician applies after the rolls are switched, meaning they get 12 and you get 10.
B) Tactician applies before the rolls are switched, meaning you get 14 and they get 8.

Is either of these correct?

Or, what if your opponent uses STF when you roll a 5 and have Tact. +6, and they want an 11 for CLObot Reserves... Wink Flapper

A. is correct

First initiative check roll(s) are made.
Player1 rolls: 10
Player2 has recon and rolls: 8 and 2

then initiative is determined.
Player1: has init check of 10 with Tactician +4 = 14
Player2: chooses init check of 2 (cause he is a sneaky snake)

After initiative is determined Player2 uses Sense the Future to "swap" initiative checks.
Player1: gets init check of 2 with Tactician +4 = 6 (modifiers to the result still apply to the owner's own check.)
Player2: gets init check of 10

Player2 has won initiative.Cursing
