stealth and sa missiles 30 question. Options

I assume I can use the SA Missiles 30 on an enemy with stealth that has cover since it's not an attack, right?

No. Missiles still follows all targeting rules.

Basically, everything follows the targeting rules unless it explicitly says it doesn't. Even something like Kohoun Infestation uses all of the targeting rules except "must have line of sight". So you still have to target the closest enemy with Kohoun Infestation.

With normal targeting rules, you could Missiles a Stealthed figure if it's within 6 squares and the closest enemy.

if the word "target" is used the SA description, then it follows the targeting rules
