So if a player with the flurry special ability rolls a crit against a character with resilient, would the resilient SA prevent the flurry attack from taking place or does it just prevent the damage from the crit being multiplied? Resilient states that the character is immune to crits, but does that mean immune to SA's that trigger based on the crit roll as well?

You only get the extra attack on a natural 20. No extra damage. So if you had a character who crits on more than a 20, you still need a 20 to get your flurry off.

And the glossary entry for Flurry states that you get the extra attack on a 20 even if the target is immune to critical hits.
