Malakili, Rancor Keeper and Techno Union Combat Engineer are buffing my Klat Assassin; My Klat Assassin starts 4 away from Malakili, moves 3 squares, is 13 away from the nearest enemy, can now shoot an enemy with evade, hits the enemy, and because of "Overwhelming Power", cannot use "Evade". Is this correct? Thanks in advance..........

If a character (re)gains savage mid-move, they do not need to change direction and start following Savage; That check is only done at the beginning of the move.
Overwhelming Power prevents evade from triggering.

In this situation, once my Klat moves 3 squares, it gains "Slave", thus getting "Savage", which in turn gives it "Overwhelming" and "Indiscriminate". In being more than 9 squares away, my question is that the Klat can just shoot the enemy target because it's too far away. But you are saying that "Slave" will not kick in because the check is done at the beginning of the move?

I believe he is saying the Savage check is done at the beginning of the move. Your Klat was within 6 of a commander, so, no Savage. Then you move to farther then 6 from a commander and when you shoot you are now Savage.

Ok, so I do become Savage, thus getting "Indiscriminate" and "Overwhelming Power" mid-move?
