Neural Mapping + Yun-Harla's Devotion:
Can a non-Vong affected by NM be subject to Yun-Harla's Devotion (damage swap) and Yun Harla's Sacrifice (activation of YHD)?
Vong Seer and Yun-Harla's Sacrifice.
Can the seer extend the range of Yun-Harla's Devotion by 2 squares to 8?
None if these may he effective but I was curious.

Yes to all of the above.
We carefully considered many ramifications when designing those pieces. Neural mapping is purposefully tricky to use, and shaper and scarification are it's most obvious and beneficial SAs that you now get access to. Beyond that, YH devotion could be marginally useful (another purposefully tricky ability to use), but it's a lot of points to make that happen. As far as the sacrifice - go ahead, and take all that time, cost and effort to make an ewok Vong so you can sacrifice it. Very ineffective use of points IMO.
The Seer and Harrar were designed together and were specifically meant to work together. The range is extended, but also there is synergy with painful screech and Harrar's CE. If you want to scar your warriors with crab armor - you can do it automatically right off the bat.
