ok, let's say that I am running rebels against mandos (obviously) and I win initiative and elect to go first. if I use surprise attack and kill kel'born the mando player does not get to use resol'nare correct?

Hmmm, seems like the Mando player made a mistake if his Kelborn was in the open to be shot.

Good point - with Cloaked, he shouldn't be vulnerable like that in the first place.
