So when a rskghoul kills an uggie, and that uggie becomes rakghoul 2. Does the opponent get the gambit for killing rakghoul 2?

Nope. Rakghoul Disease wrote:If this character defeats a living enemy, you may immediately add a character named Rakghoul to your squad.
