Many thanks for sharing, Carlos!
This looks like an awesome idea - Itd be even cooler if people could additionally regionalise it (that is, transliterate to bi-lingual) -
does anyone have psuedo-official figures on how many sets were made in languages other than English?
I've seen a few french cards, some german cards and japanese cards, but english seems to have been more broadly produced -which is a shame, as this might be a barrier to having
many more players get into SWMinis (space-chess).
What finish are you envisaging Carlos for the final product - similar quality to an 'actual' SWMini card? holofoil print?
Perhaps some of the folks from the VSets could take the lead here - they made actual cards for loads of the VSets that you could opt-into and get;
they look and feel just like a real SWMini card, only without the figure hehe
As I mainly make figures as opposed to cards, I wouldn't be of much help... though I use GIMP (its GNU freeware) for the odd printout and as my 'Paint' program
.
Looking forward to seeing some statcards,
Kobayashimaru
