Verpine Shatter Rifle Options

When using Verpine Shatter Rifle the rule says: "Replaces turn: Choose 1 enemy within line of sight, ignoring cover. Make an attack against that enemy."

Do you get Twin attack if you have that effect in place since it states "Make an Attack"
