Diplomacy is an interesting name for a set... I imagine we will see some Diplomat SA's and maybe even some more Aggressive negotiations?

Anyways I don't know about all of you, but I'm excited to see Roan Lands in a set!
He is from a book series from one of my favorite Star Wars Authors Jude Watson. (young adult genre)

Him and Ferus Olin were good friends and business partners so is Camaraderie a Shu win? (I can't think of how to spell that?Laugh)

I'm hoping for a new Ferus Olin, Rebel Leader and the crew personally.

Yeah, a new Ferus would be awesome! Along with all of those other characters, Trever Flume, D'han'har? Maybe some characters from Jedi Apprentice and Jedi Quest also! Siri Tachi, Granta Omega, Xantos.

We most certainly need a Xanatos!

The Ferus we have is still pretty good, a new one would be cool but if Roan helps out the old one that would be good too.

Thats what I'm hoping for! Yeah they said 1 character from each faction so a Separatist piece is guaranteed. Who else could they make as a Seps Epic? Dooku? Durge? Any of the tree would be great, but seeing as how Dooku just got a BHC piece I think it's safe enough to assume he won't be getting an Epic this time around. So It's down to Grievous or Durge and I think we have been requesting an Epic Grievous far more than any Durge.

Sweet! Killiks as a fringe sub-faction maybe? Perhaps something about Joiners with Jaina and Zekk? And more Epics definitely exciting.

Agreed he is easily the most requested epic haha. Plus Maul and Palps are already good to go.

The Epics are separate from set 9 and so this talk of Epics (as cool as it is) is clogging up the intent of this thread.

Nullifying Self Destruct is awesome. That guy's going to be a popular Lobot reinforcement choice - bringing in two of them is probably realistic in some situations.

That's a very tough piece for the points, 30 HP and DR 10. Not a strictly tech piece either, with that attack.

Defuse bomb is definitely a hard counter, we'll see how it plays out.

I could also see it being used pretty effectively with Talon Karrde. +10 attack for 20 isn't a bad deal especially with DR10 as a defense

+1. Love the counter to self destruct. IMHO, their should be a counter to everything, so this is a great addition to the game!
