Yes, they'll get twin if their base damage is 10. .

Yes.
(Note that the TN ruleset modifies this if you're playing in the Vassal tournament. A character with Lightsaber is making Melee Attacks when adjacent to an enemy, so they would not benefit from Blaster Upgrade.)

So if I attack an adjacent enemy I loose twin?

In the vassal league? I don't know those rules
in WOTC/VSET games you would still have twin.
