Hello fellow aliens! Was wondering what some of the most loved and hated characters people have from the original trilogy? Mine are in order; LOVED- Vader, Tarkin, Boba,Obi-Wan, Han, Lando
HATED- Uncle Owen, Motti, Dr. Evazan, Mynoks

Forgot Veers!(love julian) and Chewie! Also that punk Ozzel(hate, although like the actor for he was in Dr. who) and Crix(poor actor IMHO!).

Hates: Fleet Admiral Kendall Ozzel, Ewoks, ugnaughts. A Luke Skywalker (A New Hope)

Loves: Han Solo, Ol' Ben, goes to the city, mind tricks a trooper, sliced off an arm, and just walked away like a beast, Chewbacca taunting Han about Leia, of course some R2-D2.
Hates: Lobot, for some reason I keep picturing him in the Amish Paradise music video, Tarkin, how dare he be on par with Vader

Hate is a strong word so I will say dislike.
Favourite: Han, R2, Veers, IG88
Dislike: Ewoks, no part of that final battle should have happened. Teddy bears versus combat troops armed with assault rifles? Nope.

I like the Ewoks. *shrug*
Don't really hate anyone in the Original trilogy... originally. However, the Extended dance number in the special edition of Return of the Jedi makes me embarrassed for everyone in the room (In Jabba's room, and my living room), and I hate Sy Snootles and Joh Yowza. Snootles was fine when she was a puppet with relatively little on-screen time. I didn't need her to be a hyper sexualized cartoon.

I think I never grew out of it. You do have to exercise an extra dose of "willing suspension of disbelief" when you think about it, though. New Sy Snootles is as awkward and weird as Anakin/Padme's "courtship".
