If a Talon Carde squad that has either Tyber Zann or Marn bribes a different faction piece, can the squad still gain the attack and damage bonus from Cardes CE

Why would they be able to? Does something in bribery change their faction?

You would not get the +4/+10 bonus if your squad had non-fringe in it. So if for instance you stole some of Quoreal's reinforcements.you would lose the +4/+10. Same as if someone betrayed (or internal strifed) to your squad.
